Ms. Nicole Centers MBA, BSN, RN, OCN, CBCN, BHCN, FNCBC

Nicole is the Executive Director of the Oncology Service Line for Wellstar Health System. She is known as a charismatic leader, effective in creating new operational, clinical and financial strategies through driving top line revenues and effectively controlling costs. Having started out as a CNA, she has a strong clinical background coupled with a collaborative management style that inspires extraordinary results by engaging associates, valuing diversity, and shaping culture to support exceptional patient outcomes. Nicole currently chairs the navigation committee with the National Consortium of Breast Centers and is a member of the Board of Directors and is the Co-Chair of the Conference Program. She has won several awards for her work with patient advocacy and as a healthcare leader including being the 2022 Impact Award winner. Nicole is married, and is blessed with a beautiful granddaughter and spends most of her out of work with family and friends and crafting.
